MOVE IN PROCEDURE CHECKLIST

Steps required once you have been approved to lease a unit:

  1. Activate your AppFolio tenant portal (via invitation email).
  2. Review and sign the lease agreement.
  3. Pay security deposit and a full month’s rent through AppFolio tenant portal. If proration is involved, it will take place in the second month of tenancy.
  4. Fill out the Utility Account Service Verification form and submit when you pick up key.
  5. Call the on-site manager or your rental contact to arrange key pick-up.
