This is a brand new spacious 1 bedroom + 1 bath located on the second floor. We have added a mini split in the living room and bedroom to help heat up and cool down the unit. 1 parking space included, shared laundry on site. Yes we do allow one pet, Pet must be 25 pounds or under we do charge $50 monthly.
