This is a a beautiful one bedroom one bath unit with is own patio in the back. Also comes with new flooring throughout the unit. We have also added ceiling fans in the living room and one in the bedroom for more comfort. We do allow one pet under 25 pounds full grown with an extra $50 monthly fee.
